Going out to eat has become easier now that I eat pretty much everything. Which is fun for me, but very tempting for mommy and daddy to eat out a lot! Here we are at Bob Evans aka Cracker Barrel Light. I found many uses for the silly straw before throwing it on the floor. Speaking of throwing things on the floor...yeah, that's a pretty cool game!
We've hung out with friends a lot lately. I love meeting new people! We went over to Drew and Yuko's for dinner the other night and I got to hang out with Jameson. He is one day older than Peyton so we hit it off real well.
My hair is getting so long. Apparently I take after my mommy because I absolutely hate when she tries to fix my hair. Here are a couple of pictures where mommy tied me down kicking and screaming and pulled it back...just kidding. But it felt like she did, honest!
I'm learning to move around the sofa, tables, and chairs by holding on while taking steps. I have a walker and a push toy, but I am not too interested in using them to strengthen my walking skills.
I have another tooth! My four top teeth have been ready to pop through for a while now. Finally, one of them made it. You can just so happen to see in the pic below. I love to hang upside down. Mommy wishes she did not show me this trick because I lean back at any given moment. It makes me so happy, mommy and daddy can't resist.
Here's a closer look...

YAY!!! College football is here! It's the Saturday mommy and daddy have been waiting for and boy was it an eventful day with lots and lots of surprises. We thought we were starting our day off by going to the dog show in Raleigh, but the LSU game was pushed up.
Woah, those guys look life size! I love pulling up on the entertainment center and turning on the stereo. It's always time to dance!
Since I took a super short nap, we decided to go to the dog show. I got to pet all kinds of puppies, and I used very gentle touches. Zoey would be so proud. I also waved to anybody and anything. Here I am walking back with daddy. If you look closely, I even wore my doggy dress!
We stopped to eat at Brixx on the way home because mommy was craving pizza. While we were eating, a guy asked us if we wanted free tickets to the UNC football game! Can you believe the luck? We said of course! Then mommy got to thinking... Amelia has not taken a good nap, what if she is fussy, hungry, goes to the bathroom, or gets tired. Finally, daddy convinced her to give it a shot. We parked, walked, and made it through the entrance...and guess who daddy spotted? Danny Green, a Tar Heel basketball player and I took a picture with him. He was very nice!!
We didn't even get to our seats before an announcement came on to postpone the game due to lightning. So we hung out at the Union to wait it out. I was entertained by pom poms, Daddy's hat, and crackers!
After about a half an hour and more lightning, we decided to walk to the car to go home. Of course, it started pouring once we were on our way! I loved every minute of it. Here I am soaked in the car!
